Satyaprem Ki Katha Box Office Collection Day 8 Rs 3 cr reports Witnesses Dip Kartik Aaryan Kiara Advani

Kartik Aaryan and Kiara Advani have been creating a massive buzz ever since their movie Satyaprem Ki Katha had hit the theatres. Helmed by Sameer Vidhwans, Satyaprem Ki Katha is a romance musical drama and it has opened to rave reviews from the audience.

Interestingly, Satyaprem Ki Katha witnessed an impressive start at the box office and has managed to enter the Rs 50 crore club in the first week itself. In fact, the opening weekend witnessed a stupendous response from the audience. However, after the first week, Satyaprem Ki Katha has been witnessing a massive drop in the collection and is struggling at the box office.

According to a report published in Times Now, Satyaprem Ki Katha has earned around Rs 3.05 crore and as a result, the movie’s overall collection stands at Rs 52.91 crore. To note, the movie has been witnessing a dip in collections from the first Monday itself and it is evident that Satyaprem Ki Katha is struggling to meet the production cast of Rs 60 crores.

Apart from Kartik and Kiara, Satyaprem Ki Katha also stars Rajpal Yadav, Gajraj Rao, Supriya Pathak, Siddharth Randeria and Anuradha Patel in key roles. Interestingly, this Sameer Vidhwans directorial marks Kartik and Kiara’s second collaboration after Anees Bazmee’s Bhool Bhulaiyaa 2 which was a massive hit at the box office.

In fact, Kiara has been all praises for Kartik and opened up on how they have grown from Bhool Bhulaiyaa 2 and Satyaprem Ki Katha both personally and professionally. She even recalled how Kartik made her wait during Bhool Bhulaiyaa 2 and how things changed during their second collaboration. “I used to scold Kartik, would tell him not to come late this time over and make me wait. We have grown, I feel. That was a different film,” she was quoted saying during the promotions.
