From Saturday, India and Sri Lanka will play the final match of the two-match Test series. M. Chinnaswamy Stadium in Bangalore will host this match. The unique aspect of this match is that it will be a Day-Night Test between the two teams. The Indian team will take to the field in the Pink Ball Test with the goal of winning the series after winning the Mohali Test by an innings and 222 runs.

Let’s try to figure out which 11 players Team India will use in the second match… But first, participate in the poll.

Who will play the first and third positions?

In the Bangalore Test, captain Rohit Sharma and Mayank Agarwal will be in charge of the opening duties. Both of these players were not seen in colour during the Mohali Test, but the team will be hoping for big things from them in this game. In the Mohali Test, Rohit scored 29 and Mayank 33. Mayank Agarwal’s home ground is Bangalore, so he would relish the opportunity to play the innings.

Hunma Vihari will be ranked third. In the first innings of the Mohali Test, Vihari smashed a brilliant 61. Hanuma is currently vying for a spot in the starting eleven and will be under pressure to perform well in the Pink Ball Test.

Kohli is ranked No. 4 and Pant is ranked No. 5.

Virat Kohli, the former captain, will start at number four. In the second Test, Virat Kohli is expected to score a century once more. Kohli hasn’t scored a century in international cricket in the last two years, so a century in the second Test against Sri Lanka is expected.

Rishabh Pant, who batted at number 5 and scored a brilliant 96 in the first Test, will be in action. Number 6 Shreyas Iyer, on the other hand, is almost certain to get a chance.

Spinners and all-rounders

As all-rounders, Ravindra Jadeja and Ravichandran Ashwin will be in charge of the spin department. In the first test match, Jadeja was outstanding. With the bat, he hit 175 runs. Simultaneously, he took 9 wickets in the bowling department.

R Ashwin took two wickets in the first innings and four wickets in the second innings of the first match. At the same time, he batted 61 times and scored 61 runs. Axar Patel is also back in the lineup. He is a bowler as well as a batsman. This player will almost certainly get a chance in the second match in place of Jayant Yadav.

How will the attack be timed?

As in the first match, Jasprit Bumrah will be in charge of the fast bowling. Mohammed Shami, on the other hand, is expected to play in the starting XI. In the first match, both bowlers performed admirably.
