indian cricket team news Ajay Jadeja angry over the exclusion of this player

India’s young team recently defeated Australia 4-1 in the five-match T20 series. While the fans are very happy with this victory, former cricketer Ajay Jadeja strongly criticized the policies of selection and exclusion of players from the team in Indian cricket. Jadeja was surprised to see Ishan Kishan’s name missing from the playing-11 after three T20 matches in the series against Australia.

Ishaan scored two half-centuries in three matches

Actually, Ishaan had scored 110 runs in three matches in the T20 series against Australia at an average of 36.67 and strike rate of 144.74. These include two half-centuries. Ishaan had scored half-centuries in the first two matches. However, after poor batting and poor wicketkeeping in the third match, the team management dropped him from the playing-11. Jitesh Sharma played in his place in the last two matches. National Cricket Academy director VVS Laxman was given the role of coach for the T20 series against Australia.

Ajay Jadeja looked extremely angry at Ishan being benched and his name not being considered for the last two matches. Ishaan also got a chance to play only two matches in the ICC World Cup. Jadeja said, ‘It is very easy to dismiss in Indian cricket. No one thinks much about selection. This has been happening for decades. We recently played a five-match T20 series. Ishan Kishan got only three matches. I like that player because he is one of the few who has scored a double century for India in ODI matches.
