Apart from her bold fashion choices, social media sensation Urfi Javed is known for not mincing her words and being unapologetic about whatever she does. She has always been vocal about her thoughts and never hesitates to call out people and celebrities for their orthodox statements.

On Saturday, Urfi took to her social media page and slammed Bollywood actress Ameesha Patel for her comments on the LGBTQ community and called her out for saying OTT is “full of homosexuality.”

Recently, Urfi expressed her displeasure over Ameesha Patel’s views on OTT content. Resharing a video of Ameesha wherein she is seen making homophobic comments and talking about ‘good and clean cinema’, seems to have irked the Bigg Boss OTT star. The diva said that lack of work all these years has made Ameesha a bitter person.

“What is actually gayism, lesbianism? Keep your children away from it? So when she said ‘Kaho na Pyar Hai’ she meant only straight people. Public figures speaking without educating themselves on such sensitive topics really irks me! Not getting work for 25 years have made her into a very bitter person,” Urfi wrote in her Instagram Stories.

Gadar 2Ameesha Patel stated in an interview that people want clean and good cinema. She said, “The era where you could make cinema that a grandchild could sit and watch with a grandparent is completely missing. OTT sure doesn’t give you that. Because OTT is full of, homosexuality, gay-lesbianism.”

She added, “Scenes where you have to cover your kids’ eyes or actually put a child lock on your television so they can’t access those platforms. It’s not something you really want your kids to watch.”

Earlier, Urfi also slammed Manisha Rani for forcibly kissing Abdu Rozik and making him uncomfortable during a task inside the layers season of Bigg Boss OTT. Sharing a video, she had said, “This was so uncomfortable to watch. Why was she forcibly kissing him? He’s not a kid. Boundaries people.”
